Farewell Phoenix

Three years goes by in the blink of an eye. I'd never been to Arizona when KTVK flew me out for an interview back in July 2009. I had never heard of the Monsoon, Sheriff Joe or temperatures above 110! I had no idea how amazing the winters here are, how breathtaking the scenery is and how many great people I would meet. Needless to say, I'm glad I took the job! Arizona has made some big news these last few years, and it's been a lot of fun being part of it all.

So now, three and a half sweltering summers later, I'm packing my bags and moving back home to New York. I'll miss the "eight months of paradise" and great outdoors and lots, lots more (Old Town Farmers' Market, StudioMixx, Last Chance, and I could go on...). Thanks to all of the wonderful people who have made my time here so special and to my friends at Channel 3 for teaching a New York gal how things work out here in the desert!
